The experience
What a realtor sees and does.
01Your morningA short list each morning: who to call, what to send, which home fits which buyer. Each comes with the reason and a draft.
02New enquiries answered in minutesDay or night, in the realtor's name. The assistant says it is AI and hands over to the realtor.
03Past clients kept closeHome anniversaries, market updates and the right listing at the right time, for years after the sale.
04Your yes firstNothing is sent without the realtor's approval, until they choose to let a kind of message go on its own.
05Your clients stay yoursNo other realtor can see them. Sadaf can, and every time she opens a record it is written down.
06On the phoneWorks on the phone, even without signal, and on the laptop. Approvals can come by text.
07Basic and advancedBasic, free for every realtor: contacts, deals, notes and reminders. Advanced, a paid add-on: agents that reply, follow up and prepare the day.
08Learns each realtorEvery edit and approval teaches the agents how that realtor writes and works.
How it's built
The parts underneath.
01One owner per recordEvery contact, lead and deal belongs to one realtor from the moment it is created.
02The wall lives in the databaseThe database itself refuses anyone who isn't the owner, including an agent working for another realtor. Built on Postgres, with row-level security.
03Duplicates settled privatelyIf two realtors have the same contact, it is resolved without either one seeing the other's.
04A consent record for every contactWho collected consent, for whom, the exact wording, the page and the time. Email and text windows tracked: six months after an enquiry, two years after a purchase.
05Records kept in BCSeven years, with a copy stored in British Columbia.
06Every action loggedEach agent action is recorded with its reason and can be undone. A realtor's own edits are never overwritten.
07MatchingBuyers matched to Woodhouse's own listings from the first day, and across BC once the board licence allows it.
08Everything flows inWebsite enquiries, campaign leads and open house sign-ins land in the right realtor's account.
